Summit Color Service started in concept when Ron Burke, a third-generation painter, grabbed his first paint bush before he could even walk. His father Walt passed down everything he learned from his own father to Ron. At 4 years old, Ron decided to help Dad by walking through a customer’s house with a dripping brush too heavy to hold. Over 20 years of more careful experience, Summit was officially founded in 2001.

Today,  as the owner and founder of Summit Color Service Inc, Ron and his team have built the largest and most loved commercial contracting company in the Mountain Region. At SCS Inc, we love large jobs. Our passion is to see that sparkle on a newly finished project reflected in the pleased customer’s eye! Our past clients always recommend us to our new clients. Being founder, owner and lead estimator at Summit Color Service, Ron determines to knock out the estimates fast. In his typical customer service obsession, Ron can usually be seen working well into the evening and every weekend. He makes sure he and his staff are prompt, professional, and thorough with every phone communication, too.

It’s the same on-site, with friendly, lightning-fast crews. Ron sends out top notch guys he hires himself. They come with top of line equipment from staging and the largest boom lifts in the county to top quality Sherwin Williams paint products.
